Material
A piece about the anxious mind and the inadequacy of reason. Two figures encounter each other and grapple with obscure forces within and around themselves. Driven mad with uncertainty, they spiral into the immaterial.

ACT I
In which the dancer creeps into view, immediately trapped in the invisible. Limbs extend and retract, frantic, as the unending ends in collapse.
ACT II
In which the dancer holds up a phantom leash and various other imperceivable objects. A gesture made for each, a swingin’ beat offsetting suspicion. She prances, spirited and unflinching.
ACT III
In which two dancers collide, torsos stiff yet malleable. They bounce around at random, without method nor reason. Momentum escalates then recedes, steadily timed to a cosmic hippety-hop.
ACT IV
In which two dancers forget who they are. Their gaze intersect at some distance, at a point unseen and at once, unimporant. In the end, all we have are clues.
